Section 63.18(e)(4): The Applicant is not applying for authority to acquire facilities or to provide services not covered by paragraphs (e)(1) through (e)(3) of said section. The Applicant specifically certifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions contained in 47 C.F.R. Section 63.21 and 63.22. Section 63.18(e)(4)(g): The Applicant is not applying for authority to acquire facilities or provide service not covered by paragraphs (e)(1) through (e)(3) of said section. Accordingly, an authorization for a facility is categorically excluded as defined by 47 C.F.R.
