Surrender of International Section 214 Authorization Dear Ms. Dortch: Pacnet Cable (USA) Inc. ("Pacnet Cable") hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") that Pacnet Cable is surrendering its international Section 214 authorization (referenced above) effective immediately. By letter dated April 3, 2008, C2C Cable (USA) Inc., the grantee of the above—referenced Section 214 authority notified the Commission that it had changed its name to, and is the same as, Pacnet Cable (USA) Inc. Pacnet Cable currently does not provide, and has never provided, international telecommunications services and has no customers for international telecommunications service. Consequently, Pacnet Cable has had no international telecommunications service customers within the past thirty days. Therefore, there are and were no customers to be notified in accordance with Section 63.19(a)(1) of the Commission‘s Rules as a prerequisite to discontinuance, and no customer notification is attached to this letter.
