Section 214 Application Attachment 1 Response to Item 9: Applicant LinkWin Telecom, Inc. is requesting authority to provide non-interconnected private line resale service only between the United States and countries not excluded by the Exclusion List. Applicant is not affiliated with any foreign carriers or administrations as defined in Part 63 of the Commission’s Rules. Accordingly, LinkWin Telecom, Inc.’s application for authority pursuant to Section 214 is eligible for streamlined processing under Section 63.12 of the Commission’s Rules. Response to Item 15: Pursuant to Section 63.18(d) and (e)(4) of the Commission’s Rules, the following information is provided: LinkWin Telecom, Inc. is a new entrant in the telecommunications industry. It has never received authority pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to provide any international telecommunications services or operate any international telecommunications facilities (47 C.F.R. § 63.18(d)). LinkWin Telecom, Inc. is requesting authority pursuant to Section 63.18(e)(4) of the Commission’s Rules to provide non-interconnected private line resale service. LinkWin Telecom, Inc. certifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions contained in Section 63.21, 63.22 and 63.23 of the Commission’s rules as appropriate for receiving this authority (47 C.F.R. § 63.18(e)(4)).
