WHOLESSALE Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, for global authority to operateas an international facilities—based and resale carrier. APPLICATION Wholesale Airtime, Inc. ("WHOLESALE AIRTIME") hereby requests authority, pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. Section 214 (1982), and Sectiofi 63.18 of the Federal Communications Commission‘s ("FCC") Rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18 et seq., to provide global international facilities—based and resale services between the United States and international points. WHOLESALE AIRTIME further requests that this Application be granted according to the streamlined processing procedures set forth in 47 C.F.R. §63.12. WHOLESALE AIRTIME is a U.S. company organized to provide telecommunication services. WHOLESALE AIRTIME has no affiliations with any foreign carriers. By granting this Application, the Commission will serve the public interest, convenience and pecessity by promoting competition in the international services market. Competition will benefit U.S. consumers by increasing service options and lowering prices.

Thus, the public interest will be served by the grant of Section 214 authority to WHOLESALE AIRTIME. WHOLESALE AIRTIME submits the following information in support of its request for authorization pursuant to Section 63.18 of the FCC‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18: (a) Wholesale Airtime, Inc. 27515 Enterprise Circle West Temecula, CA 92590 Telephone: (909) 693—1880 (b) Applicant is organized under the laws ofthe State of California. CONCLUSION As demonstrated in this application, WHOLESALE AIRTIME is legally, financially, and technically qualified to provide the services for which it requests authority. For the reasons stated above, WHOLESALE AIRTIME submits that the public interest, convenience and necessity would be furthered by a grant of this Section 214 Application. The requested authorization should therefore be issued to WHOLESALE AIRTIME for the purpose of providing telecommunication services between the United States and the overseas points herein specified.
