APPLIC, N ThaiTown USA Corp. dba BKT Cz Card ("BKT") héreby requests authority, pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications A 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. Section 214 (1982), and Section 63.18 of the Federal Commun ns Commission‘s ("FCC") Rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18 et seq., to provide global internatio1 ilities—based and resale services between the United States and international points. BKT fi requests that this Application be granted according to the streamlined processing procedure ‘orth in 47 C.F.R. §63.12. BKT is a U.S. company organized iw p.vvide telecommunication services. BKT has no affiliations with any foreign carriers. By granting this Application, the Commission will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity by promoting competition in the international services market. Competition will benefit U.S. consumers by increasing service options and lowering prices. Thus, the public interest will be served by the grant of Section 214 authority to BKT.

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §63.18(h), BKT further certifies that neither it or its shareholders are (1) affiliated with the carrier whose facilities—based services BKT proposes to resell or (2) affiliated with a foreign carrier in any of BKT‘s proposed destination markets. O Applicant BKT hereby certifies that neither the Applicant nor any party to the Applicant is subject to a denial of Federal benefits under Section 5301 of the Anti—Drug Abuse Act of 1988.
