Mobius Communications Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemingford Co-operative Telephone Company. Hemingford, as a cooperative, is owned by its members. Each customer who receives telephone service becomes a member and owns a share of the company. The cooperative is managed by a board of directors elected by those members.
