We have never applied for a Section 214 ruling.

By granting this application, the Commission will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity by providinz quality services in the international market. Quality services will benefit U.S. cons imers by increasing service ontions and as suring customer satisfac:ion. Thus, the public interest will be served by grant of Section 214 authority to KEOVMIAL ENTERPRISES, INC, DBA/ SKY TELECONE, STI, KT , TPC, GLOBAL SKY.
