The Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") previously authorized New Access to provide international telecommunication services in File No. ITC—214—20000818—00481. New Access ceased all operations effective February 28, 2007 and no longer intends to retain international operating authority. Accordingly, we respectfully request that the Commission cancel NewAccess‘ authority effective immediately. Enclosed is a duplicate of this letter.
