Applicant previously has not been granted Section 214 authority or any other authority under the Communications Act. By granting this Application, the Commission will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity by (i) allowing new entrants into this business which will serve to maintain the balance between large and dominant players and such new entrepreneurial companies offéring state of the art solutions and economies of operations which will benefit the general public, and (ii) promoting competition in the international services

market. These increased service offerings, economies of operations and competition will benefit U.S. customers by increasing service options and lowering prices. Thus, the public interest will be served by the grant of Section 214 authority to Applicant. The following information is submitted, as required by Section 63.18 of the Commission‘s Rules, in support of Applicant‘s request for authorization. (a) 7BRIDGESYSTEMS AMERICA, INC. 1662 W. Petunia Place Tucson, Arizona 85737 (b) Applicant is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware. Applicant requests global resale Section 214 authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e)(1) and (e)(2) of the Commission‘s Rules. At this time, Applicant seeks no other authorization available under Section 63.18(e) (g) Not applicable. (h) Applicant certifies that it is not affiliated with any foreign or U.S. facilities— based carrier.
