telemedicine, electror ics, and fiber cptic based inst uner tat on systems for th:
telecommunications i    idustries. Techim in 1as been in |yusiness :since 1982 and se ves
business customers tk   roughout tke Uni:ed States, Europ:, A.sig, and the Middle Sast.
Techman has no forei    zn affiliations. Howzsver, it has hra ick offices in Pakistan ind the
United Arab Emirate:    .

By granting this appli :ation, the Coramiss: on will s :rve the put lic interest, convenience,
and necessity by pron oting competiion in the international services maiket. Co npetition
will benefit U.S. consumers by increasing service options and lowering prices. Therefore,
the public interest will be served by the grant of Section 214 authority to Techman.

The following information is submitted, as required by Section 63.18 ofthe Commission‘s
Rules, in support of Techman‘s request for authorization.

       pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti—Drug Abuse Act of 1988.
