In August 7, 2006, Telefonica Data filed an Amendment of its Articles of Incorporation in which changed its corporate name to Telefonica USA, Inc, The address of the principal office and the mailing address is 111Brickell Avenue, 10"" floor, Miami, Florida 33131. Last month, Telefonica Data filed a notification stating that it has been operating under the "doing business name" TDATA and that in alignment with its holding company image, TDATA lounged a plan to substitute its d/b/a for Telefonica Empresas. We want to correct that information, because that change was only applicable to the operations within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. As required by FCC Section 63.21 (i) Telefénica Data USA, Inc. (TDATA) hereby notifies the FCC of a change of its corporate name. Regardless, Telefonica USA, Inc. will continue using Telefonica Empresas as its doing business name within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico market. A copy of this notification also was sent on an electronic format sent to Mikelle Morra at MikelleMorra@fee.gov.
