(d/b/a ATC Long Distance) under Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to provide global or limited global resale service. As of October 13, 2000, the corporate name of entity was changed from Arapahoe Cable T.V., Inc. to Applied Communications Technology, Inc. There has been no change in the "d/b/a" under which service is marketed. That name remains "ATC Long Distance."
