Dear Madam Secretary: Pursuant to Section 63.21(h) of the Commission‘s Rules, American Broadband Acquisition Corp. ("ABAC"), holder ofinternational Section 214 authorization under File No. ITC—214—20000310—00140 (see also File No. ITC—ASG—20090717—00335), hereby notifies the Commission that it provides international service through its direct wholly—owned subsidiary, S&A Communications, Inc. d/b/a S&A Long Distance, a North Carolina corporation.‘ Respectfully submitted, / By: Charles T. Lake II Treasurer and Board Member ‘ The instant authorization was previously held by Eastern Kansas Holdings, Inc. ("Eastern Kansas"). See Public Notice, DA 09—2331, dated October 29, 2009 at 3. Eastern Kansas‘ then wholly—owned subsidiary, S&A Communications, Inc. dba S&A Long Distance ("S&A") (which is now a wholly subsidiary of ABAC), operated under that authority effective January 1, 2007. ABAC notes that the Section 63.21(h) notification had not been filed indicating that S&A was operating under Eastern Kansas‘ authority issued in File No. ITC—214—20000310—00140, and regrets that this inadvertent oversight occurred. This notification corrects this inadvertent oversight.
