("Mid-South"), its wholly-owned subsidiary S&A Telephone Company ("S&A"), and a wholly owned subsidiary of S&A to be formed, there is submitted herewith an Application for Section 214 certification for authorization to provide international switched, private line, data, television and business services to all international points through the resale of existing facilities of authorized U.S. common carriers, and to resell private lines for the purpose of providing international basic switched services to countries found to offer equivalent resale opportunities. It is requested that the application be processed under the streamlined procedures set forth in Section 63.12 of the Commission's rules. The applicant is requesting authority to resell international telecommunications services of all unaffihiated authorized carriers to provide international telecommunications services between the United States and all international points served by those carriers. Attached to the original application is a check in the amount of $780.00, made payable to the Federal Communications Commission, in payment of the required filing fee. ("Mid-South"), its wholly-owned subsidiary S&A Telephone Company ("S&A"), and a wholly owned subsidiary of S&A to be formed1 (jointly "Applicants") hereby seek authorization to provide international switched, private line, data, television and business services to all international points through the resale of existing facilities of authorized U.S. common carriers, and to resell private lines for the purpose of providing international basic switched services to countries found to offer equivalent resale opportunities. In support of its request, Applicants submit the following information required by Section 63.18 of the Commissions Rules: Upon formation of such wholly owned subsidiary, if it is formed, a notification of the new company's name will be submitted for association with the Commission's files for this application.
