("Ronam" or "Applicant"), hereby re i authority, pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.! ection 214 (1982), and Section 63.18 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 63.18, t vide global international resale services between the United States andinternational points. Ronam is a U.S. limited liability company currently providing domest g distance telecommunications service and now desires to expand its operations to include rovision of international telecommunications services. Ronam is currently obtaining the certific s necessary to serve residential and business customers on an intrastate basis in a majority ofs By granting this application, the Commission will serve the public interest, nience and necessity by promoting competition in the international services market. Compei will benefit U.S. consumers by increasing service options and lowering prices. Thus, the public interest will be serviced by the grant of Section 214 authority to Ronam .

Section 63.18 Information: The following information is submitted, as required by Section 63.18 of the Commission‘s Rules, in support of Ronam s request for authorization: (a) Name and address of Applicant: Ronam International, Inc. 3500 Park Center Drive Dayton, Ohio 45414 Ph.
