("YCI"), this letteris to bring to the Bureau‘s attention an error, appareni minor, in the listing under the "Informative" heading ofthe referenced Public Notice which refe d to a letter we submitted on January 31, 2001 (copy attached) concerning plans by the itrolling company of YCI, which is named Yorkville Telephone Cooperative, Inc. ("YTC" o engage in global resale services as a Commercial Mobile Radio Services licensee. In the Public Notice, YTC was identified as a wholly owned subsidiary ofYCI, when in fact YCI is a wholly owned subsidiary of YTC. If deemed appropriate by the Bureau, please note the correct relationship ofYCI and YTC in a future public notice. If a corrected public notice is deemed unnecessary, we will consider this letter to be sufficient to correct the Bureau‘s records. YCI requests at this time that the Section 214 certification which it holds be applicable not only to YCI but also to its controlling company, Yorkville Telephone Cooperative, Inc., which is a telecommunications carrier that will engage in global resale services as a Commercial Mobile Radio Services licensee.
