ITC—214—19990728—00484}ITC—214—19991229—00795, ITC—214—20000615—00356 Notification of Consummation Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 63.24(b) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.24(b), Globalstar USA, LLC ("GUSA" or "Assignee"), by its attorneys, hereby notifies the Commission that the above—referenced International Section 214 authorizations have been assigned on a pro forma basis from Globalstar USA, Inc. ("Assignor") to Globalstar USA, LLC on March 28, 2002. The transaction was effected via a change in the form of the business entity, and assignee and assignor are wholly—owned subsidiaries of Vodafone Americas Asia Inc. ("VAAI"). Thus, pursuant to Section 63.24(a)(4) of the Commission‘s rules, the requested assignment is pro forma in nature. A certification from Dennis Daugherty, General Counsel of Globalstar USA, LLC, accompanies this notification.
