pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti—Drug Abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. § 853a.

        This application qualifies for streamlined processing pursuant to Section 63.12 of

the Commission‘s rules because iLINEis not a foreign carrier, is not affiliated with a

foreign carrier or a dominant U.S. carrier, and all of its equity is owned by U.S. citizens.
