File No. LT.C.—9X— Application for authority pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, As amended, for global authority to operate as an international resale carrier Application Millennium Telecom, L.L.C. ("Millennium" or "Applicant"), hereby requests authority, pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 214 ("Act"), and Section 63.18 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18, to provide global international and resale switched voice, data and other telecommunications services between the United States and international points. Millennium is a new U.S. company organized to provide domestic and international telecommunications services. Millennium has no foreign affiliations. Millennium will serve business customers throughout the United States. Millennium currently provides no long distance or other message telecommunications services, and its international services will represent its initial offering of services.

O Millennium requests global resale Section 214 authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e)(2) of the Commission‘s Rules. Millennium requests authorization for all countries under this paragraph. Millenniumcertifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions of Sections 63.21 and 63.23 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § § 63.21, 63.23. (£) At this time, Millennium seeks no other authorization available under Section 63.18(e).
