            Initially, CMTI started its trading business for telecommunication products. At the
            same time, CMTI provided network services and technical support to various paging
            service centers in mainland China such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing,
            Hangzhou and Beijing. The above mentioned paging centers are now serving more
            than 1.8 million paging subscribers including operator—assisted, secretarial and
            automatic paging subscribers.

             In 1994, CMTI was granted the Public Radio—communication License in Hong Kong
             and started to provide paging service to Hong Kong consumers. CMTI aims to
             develop the conventional paging business into one offering integrated messaging
             services. At present, CMTI has grasped around one third of the local paging market _
             share. Also CMTI is one of the leading providers in cross—border roaming paging
             services between Hong Kong and mainland China.

           identified to invest.

           In 1999, CMTI was granted with the ISP and IS ? licens s f:so1 1 CFTA Hng K ng.
           Recently, CMTI commenced to provide Internet service to th c nsun er ir H ng
           Kong with interconnecting to Global One, HKI! : and ot] er IS ‘ c wrier .


           For ISR, CMTI is now providing international tolephone se vi ces throw gk th : F xed
           Network‘s gateway in Hong Kong. According to CMTT s ra eg c pla i,<ve wi | first
           setup the POP (point of presence) in Canada anc USA, & 1d thi n‘ uild ip j o‘ m
           platform.
