Further, since its legal name is the same as its former trade name, Licensee no longer utilizes a trade name. Licensee requests that the Commission update the name associated with its international Section 214 authorizations granted in File No. ITC-214-19990825-005381 and File No. ITC-214-20010209-000862 to reflect the Licensee’s current name, “FirstLight Fiber, Inc.
