Applicant is a new U.S. company organized under the laws of the state of California, to provide, inter alia, domestic and international telecommunications services. Applicant has no foreign affiliations as defined by Part 63 of the FCC‘s rules. By granting this application, the FCC will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity by promoting competition in the international services market. Competition will benefit U.S. consumers byincreasing service options and lowering prices. Thus, the public interest will be served by the grant of Section 214 authority to the Applicant.
