                                        APPLICATION

        Advanced Communication, Inc. ("ACI" or "Applicant"), byits attorneys, hereby requests
authority, pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the "Act"),
47 U.S.C. §214, and Section 63.18 of the Federal Communications Commission‘s (the "FCC"
or "Commission") Rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18, to provide global international resale services
between the United States and international points.

        ACI is a United States company which seeks to provide all authorized international
services to customers throughout the United States. Grant of this application will serve the public
interest, convenience and necessity because it will promote competition in the international
services market.

       Pursuant to Section 63.18 of the Commission‘s Rules, ACI sets forth the following
information in support of its request for authorization:

Act and Section 63.18(e)(2) of the Commission‘s Rules.


(f)    All authorities sought by ACI in this application are subject to streamlined
processing by the Commission.
