Dear M;: alas: WorldConnectTelecom.com, Inc., formerly known as World Connect Communications, Inc. (‘World mnect"), by its undersigned counsel, for the information of the Commission, hereby notifies the Commis n of a corporate name change. Effective as of May 3, 1999, the name of World Connect Communmications, Inc. has been changed to WorldConnectTelecom.com, Inc. ("‘WorldConnectTelecom.com"). WorldConnectTelecom.com is a Delaware corporation. World Connect filed an application for Global Authority pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to Operate as an International Global Facilities—Based and Global Resale Carrier on March 11, 1999 (the "Application"). A Public Notice was issued by the Commission on April 2, 1999, accepting World Connect‘s Section 214 Application.
