In particular, 800—REACH ME is not requesting authority to resell private lines for the purpose of providing international basic switched services to countries not on the Commission‘s published list of equivalent countries. (g) The authorization of the facilities considered in this application is categorically excluded as defined by Section 1.1306 of the Commission‘s rules. (h) 800—REACH ME hereby certifies that it is not affiliated, directly or indirectly, with any foreign carriers. Exhibit A contains the name, address, citizenship and principal business of its ten percent or greater equity holder. 800—REACH ME also certifies that it is not affiliated, directly or indirectly, with the U.S. carrier whose facilities—based service 800—REACH ME proposes to regell. (1i) 800—REACH ME certifies that it has not agreed to accept, nor shall it accept in the future, any special concessions, directly or indirectly, from any foreign carrier or administration with respect to traffic or revenue flows between the U.S. and any foreign country. (j) In accordance with Section 5301 of the Anti— Drug Abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. § 862, and the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.2001 et seq., 800—REACH ME has attached the necessary certification as Exhibit B. In conclusion, 800—REACH ME submits that grant of this application will serve the public interest by promoting increasged competition in the international telecommunications marketplace, consistent with the intent and objectives of the Commission and the U.S. Congress. For these reasons, 800—REACH ME submits that it is qualified to be authorized as a facilities—based and as an international resale carrier and that grant of this application will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity. 800—REACH ME requests that the Commission act expeditiously and favorably on this application.
