Rapid Link is a corporation formed for the primary purpose of establishing a telecommunications business. Applicant 1as no foreign affiliations. Applicant plans t> serve business and residential customers throughout the United States. By granting this applicat on, the Commission will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity by prompting competitioi in the international services inarketplace.
