("Glenwood") currently provides long distance services pursuant to its international §214 authorization under the name "Glenwood Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a Glenwood Long Distance." On December 18, 1998, Glenwood received authority to provide service in accordance with the provisions of Section 63.18(e)(2) of the Commission‘s rules under the name "Glenwood Long Distance, a Division of Glenwood Telecommunications, Inc." In re: Overseas Common Carrier Section 214 Applications and Section 310(B)(4); Actions Taken, 1998 FCC LEXIS 6684, DA 98—2621, released December 24, 1998. Glenwood has at all times continued to provide services pursuant to this grant since then, but currently does so under the name "Glenwood Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a Glenwood Long Distance."
