Glenwood Long Distance‘s entry into the international market will promote competition and stimulate more efficient use of telecommunications resources. Moreover, Glenwood Long Distance is legally, financially, and technically qualified to provide the requested services. Thus, it is requesting authc to operate as a resale carrier pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e) At this time, the applicant is not seeking authority to operate as a facilities—basedcarri Certifications (1) Glenwood Long Distance hereby certifies that it is not owned by or affiliated with a foreign carrier for purposes of Section 63.18(h) of the Commission‘s Rules.* (2) In support of this certification, Glenwood Long Distance provides the following stockholder information: — Glenwood Telecommunications, Inc. is a wholly—owned subsidiary of the Glenwood Telephone Membership Corporation, of Blue Hill, Nebraska. — No shareholder has ten percent or—greater ownership in the Glenwood Telephone Meml;é}‘ship"Cic;fpbvration. — There are no interlocking directorates. Glenwood Long Distance certifies that it (1) shall maintain separate books of accounts from ? 47 C.FR. § 63.18(b).

Glenwood Telephone Membership Corporation; (2) shall not jointly owntransmission or switching facilities with Glenwood Telephone Membership Corporation; and (3) shall take any tariffed services from Glenwood Telephone N rship Corporation pursuant to the terms and conditions of Glenwood Telephone Memb« Corporation‘s generally applicable tariff. In addition, Glenwood Long Distance will t ted as a nonregulated affiliate for purposes of local exchange carrier accounting under ommission‘s joint cost and affiliate transactions rules as set forth in Parts 32 and 64 of ommission‘s rules.
