CoreComm is Tokyo authorized to provide international services pursuant to international Section 214 Walnut Creek authority granted in FCC File No. ITC—ASG—20050304—00129. See also, FCC File Nos. Washington ITC—ASG—20040217—00102 and ITC—19980501. CoreComm does not provide any telecommunications services,‘ including international services that require international Section 214 authority, and has no customers. CoreComm respectfully submits that it is not subject to the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R § 63.19.
