(“Fusion Connect”),1 by its attorneys, hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) that, effective immediately and pursuant to section 63.21(h) of the Commission’s rules, the following, indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Fusion Connect, will be operating pursuant to Fusion Connect’s international 214 authorization referenced above:  Birch Telecom of Kansas, LLC  Birch Telecom of Missouri, LLC  Birch Telecom of Oklahoma, LLC  Birch Telecom of Texas Ltd., LLP Each of the above subsidiaries previously operated pursuant to the authority of Birch Communications, Inc. (File No. ITC-214-19970926-00584). 1 The international 214 authorization was granted to Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. (“FTI”) and FTI recently changed its name to Fusion Connect, Inc. The appropriate name update filings are being made with the Commission.
