ICG ChoiceCom does not currently provide international telecommunications services, and therefore, no longer requires the International 214 Authority. Because ICG ChoiceCom does not currently provide international telecommunications services, ICG ChoiceCom respectfully submits that the surrender of the International 214 Authority is reasonable and necessary and will not harm the present or future public interest, convenience and necessity. In addition, ICG ChoiceCom respectfully submits that it is not subject to the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R § 63.19 because it has no international telecommunications services customers.
