("NEC"), and pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.21(h) which requires notif tion to the Commission within 30 days after the commencement ofInternational Service pursuan ) the parent—wholly owned subsidiary provision, please be advised that as of March 1, 2009 two c NEC‘s wholly—owned subsidiaries began providing International Resale Service under NEC‘s Int ational Section 214 Authorization which bears File Number ITC— 214—19970403—00193. File Nu: er ITC—214—19970403—00193 authorizes the provision of Global Resale Service. All companies share the same m ng address at 450 Security Blvd, Green Bay, WI 54313, and they share the same phone number, 0—617—7000. All companies are organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. NEC‘s wholly—owned subsidiar which are providing International Resale Service are: 1) Brown County MSA Cellul: Aimited Partnership; and 2) Nsighttel Wireless, LLC There are no statutes or regulatic which preclude Brown County MSA Cellular Limited Partnership or Nsighttel Wireless, LLC from holding International Section 214 authorizations in their own name. Accordingly, NEC‘s two wholly—owned subsidiaries are legally qualified to provide Global Resale Service under NEC‘s International Section 214 authorization.
