(“BayRing”), ION HoldCo, LLC (“ION HoldCo”), National Mobile Communications Corporation (“NMCC”) and Oxford Telephone and Telegraph (“Oxford”) and collectively, (the “FirstLight Entities”) hereby surrenders the international Section 214 authorizations (“Authorizations”) that recently were assigned to TVC Albany as the result of a pro forma consolidation of certain of its affiliates into TVC Albany. 1 The following authorizations are being surrendered: BayRing Communications, Inc. – File No. ITC-214-19961216-00630 ION HoldCo, LLC – File No. ITC-214-20070426-00164 National Mobile Communication Corporation – File No. ITC-214-20050422-00566 Oxford County Telephone and Telegraph – File No. ITC-214-19970902-00523 TVC Albany will retain and continue to provide global or limited global facilities-based and resale international telecommunications services under authorizations granted in File No. ITC-214-19900825-00538 and File No. ITC-214-20010209-00086.
