(“Verizon”) notifies the Commission that, as of July 31, 2018, XO Virginia, LLC (“XOV”) is operating under the international Section 214 authorizations of MCI Communications Corporation (“MCI”). XOV is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of MCI, and both MCI and XOV are wholly-owned indirect subsidiaries of Verizon. 2 MCI is authorized to provide facilities-based and resold international telecommunications services on a global basis pursuant to authorizations ITC-214-19961003-00486 and ITC-214-19961231-00659.3 XOV is a Washington limited liability company. 1 47 C.F.R. § 63.21(h). 2 As explained in a concurrently filed pro forma notification, Verizon completed an internal restructuring on July 31, 2018 that resulted in the relocation of XOV in the Verizon ownership chain. Prior to the restructuring, XOV operated under the international Section 214 authorization of XO Communications, LLC pursuant to Section 63.21(h) of the Commission’s rules. 3 MCI also holds various route- or service-specific international Section 214 authorizations.
