("Airadigm"), this letter surrenders, effective September 10, 2014, the International 214 Authorization of Airadigm granted in IB File No. ITC—214—19960621—00262 (the "International 214 Authority"). On September 10, 2014, through an intercompany license sale transaction, Airadigm assigned all of its CMRS licenses to United States Cellular Corporation ("USCC"). The assignment was pro forma, as both Airadigm and USCC are subsidiaries of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc, and there was no change in the ultimate defacto or de jure control of the CMRS licenses assigned to USCC. USCC will continue providing international telecommunications services under its International Section 214 Authority (File Nos. ITC—214—19970320—00161 and ITC—214—19981009—00698).
