discontinuance of all ACOMM‘s switched long distance international voice services on or
after August 21, 2015. A separate notice of this discontinuance is being filed for domestic
services pursuant to Section 63.71 of the Commission‘s rules.

Important information about your ACOMM Inc. Service.

Dear Valued Customer:

ACOMM Inc. regrets to inform you that it is preparing to cease providing long distance service to
customers in your service area. In order to avoid a disruption in service, you must make
arrangements for service with a new long distance company before the cut—off date noted below. The
names and telephone numbers of long distance service companies are listed in your telephone
directory. Customer service representatives at these companies will help you to select services to
most effectively replace your current ACOMM Inc. service. If you arrange for new service before
your ACOMM Inc. service is terminated and you wish to keep your current toll free telephone
number(s), please be sure to address this with your new service provider.

Subject to regulatory approvals, your service cut—off date is August 21. 2015. If you do not arrange to
have your long distance service provided by a new telephone company, prior to August 21. 2015, you
may lose long distance service, Effective with this notice, ACOMM Inc. will not make any changes
to or reconnect existing service and will not accept orders for new service.

The Federal Communication Commission requires us to provide you with the followmg notice in
connection with its review of the proposed discontinuance:

The FCC will normally authorize this proposed discontinuance of service (or reduction or
impairment) unless it is shown that customers would be unable to receive service or a reasonable
substitute from another carrier or that the public convenience and necessity is otherwise adversely
affected. If you wish to object, you should file your comments as soon as possible, but no later than
15 days after the Commission releases public notice of the proposed discontinuance. Address them to
the Federal Communication Commission, Wireline Competition Bureau, Competition Policy
Division. Washington, DC 20554, and include in your comments a reference to the §63.71
Application of ACOMM Inc. Comments should include specific information about the impact of this
proposed discontinuance (or reduction or impairment) upon you or your company, including any
inability to acquire reasonable substitute service.

                         SECTION 63.71 APPLICATION OF ACOMM INC.

        ACOMM Inc. (ACOMM) applies for authority under Section 214(a) of the Communications

Act, as amended ("the Act"), 47 U.S.C. § 214, and Section 63.71 of the Federal Communications

Commission's ("Commission") rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.71, to discontinue its Switched Access Interstate

and International Voice Services, Operator Services, and Directory Assistance service.

        As required by Section 63.71(a) and (b) of the Commission's rules, ACOMM is providing the

following information:

Name and Address of Carrier (47 C.F.R. §§ 63.71(a)(1), b)(2)):

        ACOMM Inc.
        6160 Summit Drive North, Ste 375
        Brooklyn Center, MN 55430

Date of Planned Service Discontinuance (47 C.F.R. §§ 63.71(a)(2), b)(2)):

        ACOMM will no longer offer these services on or after August 21, 2015 subject to

Commission authorization of the discontinuance pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.71(c).

Points of Geographic Areas of Service Affected (47 C.F.R. §§ 63.71(a)(3), (b)(2)):

        ACOMM will discontinue these services in Minnesota.

Brief Description of Type of Service Affected (47 C.F.R. §§ 63.71(a)(3), b)(2)):

        Switched Access Interstate voice service allows a subscriber to place interstate voice calls

between locations within the United States.

        Switched Access International voice service allows a subscriber to place voice calls

between locations in the United States and applicable international points and between applicable

international points.

        Operator Services enables subscribers to complete a call using alternate billing options

such as Collect, Third-Party and Person-to-Person with operator assistance.

        Directory Assistance allows subscribers to request the telephone number or area code of a

party located in another state or a United States territory.

        The public convenience and necessity will not be impaired by the discontinuance              of

these services. ACOMM has a m i n i m a l n u mb e r o f customers subscribed to these services

and there are other providers of these services in those markets.

        Brief Description of the Dates and Methods of Notice to All Affected

Customers (47 C.F.R. §§ 63.71 (b)(3)):

        ACOMM sent notices to affected Customer by U.S. Postal Service on or before July 1, 2015.

A copy of the notice is attached as Exhibit A.

        ACOMM is sending copies of this Application by first class U.S. Mail to the governor and

public utilities commission of the affected state, as well as to the Special Assistant for

Telecommunications of the Secretary of Defense, as required by Section 63.71(a) of the

Commission’s rules. A copy of this Application is also being sent to the Chief of the Commission’s

International Bureau as required under 63.71, concurrent with this filing, via IBFS system. A service

list is provided in Exhibit B.

Regulatory Classification of Carrier (47 C.F.R. §§ 63.71(b)(4)):

        Applicant ACOMM is a non-dominant carrier.

Conclusion:

        The public convenience and necessity will not be adversely affected by the discontinuance of

these services because there are alternative services available in the market. Accordingly, ACOMM

respectfully requests that the Commission approve its Section 63.71 Application.
