Effective November 10, 2016 Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of AT&T Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries AT&T of Puerto Rico, Inc. and AT&T of the Virgin Islands, Inc., we hereby notify the Commission that AT&T of Puerto Rico, Inc. and AT&T of the Virgin Islands, Inc. are surrendering the following international Section 214 authorizations effective November 10, 2016.‘ AT&T of Puerto Rico, Inc. 1TC—214—19890214—00005 06/07/1989 ITC—214—19900306—00014 04/24/1990 ITC—214—19890507—00008 06/07/1989 ITC—214—19890507—00009 06/07/1989 ITC—214—19900421—00019 05/21/1990 ITC—214—19910222—00025 03/22/1991 ‘ Prior to November 10, 2016, we communicated to International Bureau staff AT&T‘s intention to surrender these authorizations. At that time, most of these authorizations did not have "new" file numbers, so AT&T could not surrender them in the International Bureau Filing System. Now that new file numbers have been assigned to them, AT&T is filing this notification, so the cancellations can be recorded properly in IBFS.
