Re:     Amendment to AT&T’s Petition for Waiver of Section 63.16 of the ( Iommission’s Rules,
        47 U.S.C. 3 63.16, to Provide Switched Services via International Pr vate Lines
        Interconnected to the Public Switched Network at One or Both Ends between the United
        States and, foreign points: Djibouti, Indonesia, Latvia, Uganda and T %mania

       On September 16, 2002, AT&T Corp., on behalf of itself, AT&T Alz scorn, Inc., AT&T of
Puerto Rico, Inc., and AT&T of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Inc. (hereinafter c Alectively referrcd to
as “AT&T”) filed a Petition for Waiver of Section 63.16 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 U.S.C. $
63.16, to provide switched services via international private lines intercoi lnected to the public
switched network at one end or both ends between the United States, and foreign points:
Djibouti, Indonesia, Latvia, Uganda and Tanzania. Pursuant to Section 1.3 of the Cornr~ssioi~’s
Rules, 47 C.F.R. 71.3, AT&T hereby respectfblly requests that its Naiver be amended
withdrawing Indonesia from the Petition.
