    Dear Ms. Dortch:

           At the request of the International Bureau, WorldCom provides the following
    accounting rate data with regard to the above-referenced proceeding.

           Djibouti: WorldCom does not have direct circuits with this country; therefore, no
    accounting rate arrangements have been filed with the Commission.

           Indonesia: On September 17,2002, WorldCom filed rates effective January 1,
\   2001, with a benchmark accounting rate of $0.38 per minute for IMTS services between
    WorldCom and its correspondent, Indosat.

            Latvia: On October 3,200 1, WorldCom filed rates effective January 1,200 1,
    with a benchmark accounting rate of SDR 0.30 per minute for IMTS services between
    WorldCom and its correspondent, Lattelekom. On October 23,2001, WorldCom
    withdrew this filing. We will file the new rates with the Commission within the coming  3
    weeks.

           Tanzania: On August 2, 1999, WorldCom (formerly MCI) filed corrected rates
    through May 1,2002 to April 30,2003, with a $0.46 benchmark accounting rate for
    IMTS services between WorldCom and its correspondent, Tanzania Telecommunications
    Company Limited ("TTCL").

           Uganda: On September 17,2002, WorldCom filed rates effective October 1,
    2001, with a below-benchmark accounting rate of $0.30 per minute for IMTS services
    between WorldCom and its correspondent, U        Telecommunications Limited
    ("UTL"). The benchmark accounting rate of        er minute was effective as of July 1,
    2001.
