I filed an amendment today to the original 312 application (SES-LIC-20021118-02055 P) via the Commission's electronic filling system (Submission ID IB20020011947) to change the classification of the earth station from common carrier to non-common carrier. E-Life will refile its request for waiver of Section 310(b)(4) under separate cover once it has completed certain changes its ownership structure to bring it in compliance with the requirements of the Act. I hope that this amendment will enable the Division to proceed with its review of the revised 312 application on an expedited basis. Thank you again for your help.
