Dear Ms. Dortch: On November 19, 2013, the Commission authorized the pro forma assignment of two space station licenses, Call Signs S2144 and S2348, from GeoEye License Corp. to DG Consents Sub, Inc. (“DG Consents”), both entities being wholly owned subsidiaries of DigitalGlobe, Inc. (“DigitalGlobe”). See File No. SAT-ASG-20131104-00128. DigitalGlobe and DG Consents, by counsel and in compliance with Section 25.119(f) of the Commission’s rules, hereby notify the Commission that the assignment of licenses authorized in the referenced application was consummated on November 23, 2013.
