(“Pac-West”), Tex-Link Communications, Inc. (“Tex-Link”) and nWire, LLC (“nWire”), each a Debtor-In- Possession (Pac-West, Tex-Link and nWire collectively, the “Assignors”), completed the Initial Closing of the Transaction described in the Applications submitted in the above referenced dockets. At the Initial Closing, Assignors’ interstate and international assets and customers were transferred to TNCI. TNCI provides services to its newly acquired customers pursuant to its existing domestic and international section 214 authorizations. Please note, however, that the international section 214 authorization of Pac-West (ITC- 214-19920215-00122 (Old File No. ITC-92-160)) was not assigned to TNCI and has been retained by Pac-West.
