Debtor-in- Possession to TNCI Operating Company LLC NOTICE OF CONSUMMATION Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf TNCI Operating Company LLC (“TNCI-OpCo”) and Trans National Communications International, Inc. (Debtor-In-Possession) (“TNCI-DIP”) (together, “Applicants”), this letter notifies the Commission that on April 30, 2013, the Applicants completed the Initial Closing of the Transaction described in the Applications submitted in the above referenced dockets. At the Initial Closing, TCNI-DIP’s interstate and international assets and customers were transferred to TNCI-OpCo. As a result, TNCI- OpCo now holds the international section 214 authorization (IB File No. ITC-214- 20030414-00187) and blanket domestic 214 authority previously held by TNCI-DIP.1 Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us at 202-373-6000.
