(collectively, the “Intelsat Licensees”) by counsel and pursuant to Sections 1.948(d) and 25.119(f) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”),1 hereby notify the Commission that the pro forma transfer of control of all of the licenses held by the Intelsat Licensees was consummated, in part, on December 15, 2009. As described in the pro forma transfer of control applications, the transfer of the Intelsat Licensees involved three distinct parts. The Intelsat Licensees have consummated this transfer of control with respect to the migration of several Intelsat entities from Bermuda companies to Luxembourg companies and with respect to the change in the ownership of Intelsat New Dawn Company, Ltd. The third aspect of this transfer of control, the dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o., has not yet been consummated. PanAmSat Licensee Corp. and PanAmSat H-2 Licensee Corp., the only two Intelsat Licensees holding licenses affected by this dissolution, will file a further letter informing the Commission of the consummation date for this pro forma transfer or, if needed, requesting an extension of time for the consummation to occur.
