 Application to renew existing Section 325 (c) permit of Uniradio Corp (Uniradio) to deliver programming to XEMO-AM, Tijuana, Mexico.
 The station operates on 860kHz with an authorized power of 10 kW daytime and 7.5 kW night-time




Comments and Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application
and be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice. Filings may be submitted electronically via FCC

sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first-class or overnight U.S. Postal Service
mail. The filing hours for hand deliveries are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All hand deliveries must be held together with
rubber bands or fasteners. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building. Commercial overnight mail
(other than U.S. Postal Service Express Mail and Priority Mail) must be sent to FCC, 9050 Junction Drive, P.O. Box
179, Annapolis Junction, Maryland 20701. U.S. Postal Service first-class mail, Express Mail, and Priority Mail should
