INFORMATIVE 325—RWL—20110911—00004 Entravision Communications Corporation Accepted for Filing Application for Section 325 (c) renewal permit to deliver programming to Station XHRIO—TV, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico by _ Entravision Communications Corporation is licensed to TV Notre, S.A. de C.V. and operates on Channel 2 with an authorized power of 98 56 kW Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be on file no later than 30 days from the date of the notice accepting this Application for filing. Guidelines for filings are available at: www.fcee.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first— class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service mail). The Commission‘s contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand—delivered or messenger—delivered paper filings for the Commission‘s Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N. E., Suite 110, Washington, D.C. 20002. The filing hours at this location are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners.
