Application for extension for Section 325 (c) permit to deliver Spanish language program material to FM broadcast station XHPXFM, Chihuahua, Mexico, 98.3 MHz with effective radiated power of 100 kW. Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be on file no later than 30 days from the date of the notice accepting this Application for filing. Guidelines for filings are available at: www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial ovemight courier, or by first- class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service mail). The Commission's contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for the Commission's Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N.
