APPLICATION GRANTED

Granted on June 30, 2008, subject to conditions, application for 325 (c) permit to deliver programming to Station XEKTT (AM) (also
known as XEPE), Tijuana, BC. This new 325 (c) permit is issued to Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC and it operates on 1700 kHz
with authorized power of 10 kW day and night, operating non-directionally during the day and directionally with a two tower array, at night.

comply with the requirements of Mexican law. XEPRS (AM), Rosarito, B.C. operates on 1090 kHz at 50kW non-directionally during the
day and at 50 kW with a three tower directional array at night. The programming will be in either Spanish or English.

later than 30 days from the date of the notice accepting this Application for filing. Guidelines for filings are available
at: www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first-
class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service
mail). The Commission's contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for
the Commission's Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N. E., Suite 110, Washington, D.C. 20002. The filing hours
at this location are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any
