To the International Bureau, Federal Communications Commission:

                On March 1, 2019, Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC (“BCA”),
submitted (1) an application for a Section 325(c) permit to deliver programming to foreign
broadcast station XEPRS(AM), Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico, FCC File No. 325-NEW-
20190301-00003, and (2) an application for special temporary authority (“STA”) for interim
authority to deliver programming to foreign broadcast station XEPRS(AM).

               BCA ceased providing programming to XEPRS(AM) as of April 10, 2019, and is
no longer pursuing this programming arrangement. Consequently, BCA, via undersigned
counsel, is hereby withdrawing the aforementioned applications for a Section 325(c) permit and
for an STA.
