BCA ceased providing programming to XEPRS(AM) as of April 10, 2019, and is no longer pursuing this programming arrangement. Consequently, BCA, via undersigned counsel, is hereby withdrawing the aforementioned applications for a Section 325(c) permit and for an STA.
