The Commission, by its International Bureau, took the following actions pursuant to delegated authority. The effective
dates of the actions are the dates specified.

 Granted on March 21, 2019, subject to conditions, application for 325 (c) permit to deliver programming from Local Media San Diego, LLC
 (“LMSD”) to broadcast stations XETRA-H’A (91.1 MHz), XHITZ-FM (90.3 MHz) and XHRM-FM (92.5 MHz) (collectively, the “Stations’).
 Each station is licensed in Tijuana, Mexico and has a maximum ERP of 100,000 watts.

 Grant of this permit is conditioned upon the Mexican stations operation in full compliance with applicable treaties and related provisions
 concerning interference to U.S. Broadcast Stations.

 This authorization is predicated on the use of a foreign station assignment, which must abide by the terms of the 1992 Agreement between the
 Govemment of the United States of America and the Government of the United Mexican States Relating to the FM Broadcasting Service in the
 Band 88-108 MHz. Hence, this program authorization applies only to the specific foreign Station facilities which are currently on file with the
 Commission as having been officially coordinated by the Government of Mexico and subsequently approved by the Commission for operation. If
 the transmitter coordinates or technical operating parameters of the foreign station are altered subsequent to this authorization or are found to be
 different from those currently on file and approved by the Commission, this program authorization may be subject to immediate termination
 without right to hearing.
